A $55 diagnostic ($150 board-level) that comes off your repair in full — free for TechCare members. You get a written quote by text before we touch a screw — exact on iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and consoles — and the price you approve is the price you pay.
No fix, no repair charge
If we take on a repair and can't complete it, you don't pay for the repair — the diagnostic you already approved is the only thing you'd ever pay.
6-month to 1-year warranty, parts and labor
Every repair is covered — 6 months to a full year depending on the device, printed on your receipt. If a part we installed fails in that window, we replace it. No arguing.

Bay IC does microsoldering: we replace individual chips, rebuild charging circuits, and recover devices other shops have written off — along with the photos and files on them. Board-level diagnostic: $150, credited in full to your repair.
